Insurance

We take many major insurance companies and will verify benefits for you prior to your first appointment. Depending on your benefits, your visit may be completely covered for medical nutrition therapy.

Payments

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we would be happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can file with your insurance company. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Initial Assessments (75-90 minutes): $180

Follow-up Appointments (up to 55 minutes): $120
